All our products are made to order, there is no right of canceling the order or claiming a refund for the product(s) after the order has been placed on our site(s) unless the reasons meet the conditions below.
If a product is missing, damaged or subject to error, we will replace the erroneous product with a new product or provide a full refund. To request a replacement or refund based on the aforementioned reasons, please contact us. Refund requests will be processed within five business days. For clarity, we will not be held responsible for situations where the customer has provided incorrect information, such as incorrect customer name or address etc. In such cases, an extra payment would be applicable. If the customer has provided incorrect shipping information (e.g. name, address or postcode) responsibility is solely with the customer.
Replacement of products and/or refunds products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to our investigation and discretion.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email for further instructions.
